Chickens at the cottage

This weekend Rauha and Ilona were called 

to look after my mum's chickens at the cottage. 

The weather was good and girls were having a good time out doors.

-Ilona, do you think that granny's girls will like us?

-Why not!? Of course they'll like us.

...Ou, there they are.

 

  -O-ou!!! There they are!!!!
Sorry, I lied to you! They don't like us. They LOVE us!!

Help..help..HELP!!!!

-Why are they screaming?

Oh no...I must get back in before those nuggets see me....

-Rauha, run for your life!

-I try, I try, but my feet are like stuck in the sand...
HEEeeeLLLppP!!!

(Need a floor mop? A bottle brush?)

Fortunately the rescue department was near.
Neighborhood's huge cat Esko showed his pretty 'smile'
...and hen were very lovely after all. 

So, all's well that ends well.

Rauha and Ilona continued their 

relaxing weekend at the cottage....
